For those who have not been to Adelaide Mystery School venue, the house is a
quiet & spacious overlooking a park with lovely rear garden/entertaining
area.  You will notice frontage outside looks ordinary, but recently
renovated inside and at rear.

I have one room to rent in 3 Bedroom House with only myself.  Recently
renovated/painted with new bamboo floor and large quality kitchen with stone
benchtops, stainless steel appliances & large 2 French door Fridge.

The house has ducted evaporative air conditioning throughout for summer.

Your room overlooks rear entertaining area/garden, is freshly painted, with
wooden floor.   There is a relatively new large Ikea inbuilt wardrobe and
shoe cabinet.   If you need a bed or desk we can negotiate possibilities.

There are 2 spacious living areas, one with cosy glass fronted  gas log fire
is 5x6 metres with large glass sliding doors onto garden and patio.  I use
this room a few hours a week to work in too.

Large paved rear patio area has grape vine coverage for summer and large
BBQ.

Property has a double drive with plenty of parking for 2-3 cars.

 

Transport/Local Amenities

- 3 mins walk over oval out front to bus, and another 8 mins walk to Marion
Rd.

- 4 mins walk over oval to Train which takes 20mins to city Mon-Fri.

- 10 Mins drive to Aquatic Centre, Westfield Marion, Event Cinemas.

- 15 Mins drive to Beaches

- 8 mins drive to FLINDERS UNIVERSITY & FLINDERS HOSPITAL

 

Must like cats as Szarni the Master of AMS lives her too, and sorry she is
not good with other dogs or cats.

Need to be tidy and it is a fairly quiet house, social, but not a party
house!

RENT; $100 per week  plus UTILITIES AND WIFI; $50 per week
